What Are You Worried About?

Dec 14, 2022

If you’re like most people I’ve been talking to lately, you are feeling a bit distracted, discouraged, and disengaged.  Without being melodramatic, it seems epidemic.

We are all worried about something.  And that worry hovers over whatever we are doing, sometimes at the forefront, sometimes in the background, but never far from present.

The ups and downs are like a roller coaster.

There are big worries-like climate change, inflation, the political environment, war, and the future. And there are smaller worries about getting everything done in time, whether you said the right thing in that last meeting, how your team is performing and how your boss really feels about you.  The list seems endless.

Whenever I tune in to a trend I’m noticing or a theme I’m hearing from multiple directions, my thoughts turn to “how can I help?”  So I tapped into my inner guidance to remind myself what has worked for me when I’m distracted, discouraged, and disengaged because of worry.

Here’s what I want you to know:  I’ve been there too.  And you are not alone.

Most importantly, I’ve developed some effective coping mechanisms that I want to share with you.  I will be going live on Friday at 11:30 eastern with a free Zoom session I’m calling:

I invite you to join me for a lively, interactive session. Here's what I'll be covering:
