I started my business in 2005 by acquiring a business coaching franchise. Even as an executive and leader during my corporate experience, I always had an interest in helping other people become more successful. I ran that franchise for 5 years, then let go of the license to expand my reach geographically and to focus more on leadership, personal transformation and professional development.
In all the time I’ve run my business, I’ve invested extensively in my own professional development, learning from Jack Canfield, John Maxwell, Keith Cunningham, Brendon Burchard and also, expanding my tools via my partnership with Wiley, and more recently with the Center for Creative Leadership via Eckerd College and their Leadership Development Institute. Whew! No wonder it’s hard to explain what I do concisely and in a compelling way.
