I'm Cheryl and I welcome you to my journey

A lot of what I do seems like teaching good leadership practices, but there is also a lot of need for how to communicate – to your team, your boss, your colleagues; how to handle conflict situations, how to build cohesive, high-performing teams.

What I do is broadly defined as leadership, but people don’t also feel they need help with leadership. They see the problem as “out there” – external to them in some way. What I’ve learned, though, and what I teach, is that it starts with the inside work. And that’s the hard work.

Over the past 15 years, my clients have requested more help with leading.

Help with knowing how to find good people, talk to them, train them, keep them.

My clients often need a sounding board, someone who understands their world and can help them navigate.

I have such vastness of experience working with all kinds of teams – large and small, cross functional, virtual – I can really help assess what the teams and leaders need to do to become more effective, more cohesive, more high performing.

The most important thing in my business, has been making a difference, making an impact and helping people do better and be better in some meaningful way

I have some excellent tools to support the diagnostic process, plus proven programs to offer, that make a big difference quickly.

Sometimes they need reassurance, permission, a cheerleader, someone who will challenge their thinking, call them out on their BS or just a different way to look at things.

The combination of my extensive experience and extensive personal /professional development–learning from the best of the best–is a resource they can tap into for a lot less time and money than I’ve spent learning all this stuff.

I am invested in your success:  I will be your biggest cheerleader. 

I personally experience such an impact whenever I learn from people like Brendon Burchard that it makes me want to do a better job sharing my own gifts.

Every time I attend a Brendon event, I come away with commitment to do more and be more.

And a desire to share it more effectively than I have done, helping more people, which is the reason I want to focus more on groups than on individuals at this time.

I love my clients, and I want to reach more people and have a greater impact sooner and for this reason I joined Brendon's team as a High Performance Coach and I'm looking forward to an amazing year!

Do you wish your team would step up and produce better results without your constant pushing?

  1. Being deliberate – think through, be intentional, know what you want – as a leader, a friend, as a parent or spouse and how you treat others.
  2. Take care of you – should be your first priority, because you can’t give away what you don’t have. One guarantee in life is there will be struggles and challenges –some that seem “too much” – and you must be ready for that inevitability. Build those routines and habits way before you need them – because you will need them.
  3. Clarity is Power – know what you want, what you don’t want, who you are and what you stand for, where you’re going – and how you want to show up along the way.
  4. We are all leaders. Who is counting on you? How can you show up for them? The toughest job of a leader is leading yourself. And what got you here won’t get you there. How are you investing in yourself and others?
  5. Be you. Everyone else is taken. What’s the best version of you? How can you do / be better? Who’s help do you need? What is your level of self-awareness and how are you perceived by others?
